Spring Series 2020

This series of paintings were inspired by the beautiful gardens I had the pleasure of working in this Spring, The Gables, Brooklands Park, New Plymouth (Taranaki, New Zealand).

An old fashion cottage garden, soothing and peaceful, with the soft colours of spring and filled flowers from fairy stories. The air was perfumed by roses, grapefruit blossoms and fresh spring showers.
